Introduction:Astron Paper & Board Mill Ltd is Ahmedabad based kraft paper manufacturing company. The main manufacturing facility of astron paper is in Halvad, Gujarat. Astron paper is having ISO 9001-2008, ISO14001, UKAS Management systems & FSC certification.

Date of Establishment: Company was established in the year 2010. 

Product & Service Offering: The company manufacturers kraft paper, which is commonly known as cardboard or paperboard. The produce is used as the raw material in packaging industry.
 
Astron paper produces following products for packaging industry 

   - corrugated boxes and liners,
   - corrugated sacks
   - composite containers. 

Customer Segment: Customer base comprises companies from packaging industry. 

Promoters of Astron Paper & Board Mill: Company is promoted by Mr. Kirti G. Patel, Mr. Ramakant Patel and Mr. Karshanbhai Patel

Objects of the Issue: The key aim of the issue is to meet:

i) The repayment of unsecured loans taken

ii) Maintaining the working capital requirement

iii) Setting up additional manufacturing facility

iv) Smoothening of other general purpose corporate affairs
